Clear the Area: Please remove all furniture, rugs, and valuables from the work area. This allows us to get the best possible results.
Sweep or Vacuum: A quick sweep or vacuum helps us focus on deeper cleaning rather than loose debris.
Parking: Provide a nearby parking spot so we can easily unload equipment.
Pet Safety: Keep pets safely away from the work area for their safety and to prevent tracking.
Special Concerns: Let us know about any heavily scratched areas, dull spots, or prior wax applications. This helps us prepare the proper approach for your floors.
We use wood-safe solutions and gentle machines designed specifically for hardwood to lift built-up dirt and grime without damaging the finish or wood.
Wax can build up and cause dulling, streaking, or bonding issues with professional coatings. If your floors have been treated with any kind of wax-based or oil-based product, we’ll apply a specialized wax remover and deep scrub the floor to extract residues.
Important: Removing wax is essential before applying any new finishes or protective coats. If left untreated, wax will prevent proper bonding of sealers or poly finishes.
If your floors are worn but don’t require full sanding, a screen and recoat is an excellent refresh.
Here’s what to expect:
We lightly abrade (screen) the existing finish to remove minor surface imperfections and dullness.
2-3 new coats of polyurethane is then applied to protect and revive the floor’s look.
This process does not remove deep scratches or stains but will give your floor a cleaner, refreshed appearance and longer lifespan.
Dry Time: Allow 24 hours before walking and 48–72 hours before replacing furniture or rugs. Avoid water or cleaning products during this cure period.
Drying Time: Most floors are dry within 1–2 hours after basic cleaning. Recoat services require longer cure times—your technician will advise based on your service.
Furniture: Wait until the floor is fully dry or cured before placing furniture. Always use felt pads under legs.
Ongoing Maintenance Tips:
Dust mop or vacuum regularly to protect the finish.
Avoid wet mops or steam cleaners—too much moisture can damage wood.
Clean up spills immediately.
Use hardwood-safe cleaners recommended by your technician.

Before Our Arrival:Access: Please ensure we have clear access to the furniture or upholstery items you want cleaned. Move any fragile or valuable items away from the area.
Work Order Review: Confirm the details of the job with our technician before we begin to ensure we’re meeting your expectations.
Parking: Provide convenient parking close to your home for easy loading and unloading of equipment.
Pet Safety: Keep pets safely away from the cleaning area during the service.
Furniture Preparation: Please remove any personal items from furniture surfaces (pillows, blankets, decorations). We cannot move heavy furniture due to safety and insurance reasons, so please clear the areas we will be cleaning. Additional charges may apply if we are delayed.
Special Concerns: Point out any specific stains, odors, or delicate fabrics that need special attention before we start.
Weather Considerations: Inclement weather or freezing temperatures may affect scheduling or drying times.
After Cleaning:
Drying Time: Upholstery drying times vary based on fabric type, room humidity, and ventilation. Expect 4 to 12 hours in ideal conditions, but it can take up to 24 hours. Keep the area well ventilated to help speed drying.
Caution: Wet upholstery can be slippery or sensitive—avoid using the furniture until completely dry to prevent damage or staining.
Fabric Protection: If fabric protection was applied, allow extra drying time as recommended by the technician.
Odor: A mild cleaning scent is normal and will dissipate quickly. If any odor remains, airing out the room helps.
Maintenance Tips: Ask your technician about ongoing care to keep your furniture looking and feeling fresh longer.

Should the need arise to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of its planned time, we kindly ask for the full payment or a 50% deposit to confirm the new date. This ensures we can efficiently reallocate our resources and guarantee your spot on our schedule. Upon receipt of the payment or deposit, we'll collaborate with you to select a new appointment time that fits seamlessly into your schedule.
In the event you need to cancel your booking, we appreciate a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a nominal fee of $50.00 will apply. This fee covers the reserved time and compensates for our team’s planning, ensuring we can continue to offer the highest level of service to all our clients.
