  • Water Access: Please ensure we can access an outside water faucet/spigot. If one is not accessible it is ok. 
  • Pre-Cleaning: Clear any items from the carpet areas you wish us to clean for a thorough job.
  • Work Order Review: Confirm the details with our technician beforehand to ensure accuracy.
  • Parking: Provide ample parking space for our vehicles. 
  • Safety Precautions: Remove breakables and valuables from the work area. We recommend vacuuming your carpets before our visit for optimal results.
  • Pet Safety: Keep pets in a safe location away from the cleaning areas.
  • Furniture: We cannot move furniture due to insurance liabilities. Please move it prior to our arrival, or we will clean around it. Additional charges may apply for delays caused by clearing our working area.
  • Special Concerns: Point out any specific areas of concern before we start.
  • Drapery: Secure floor-length draperies on the windowsill or drapery rod.
  • Weather Considerations: Inclement weather or freezing temperatures may affect scheduling.

After Cleaning:

  • Caution: Wet carpets can make transitioning to hard surfaces slippery. Place a rug or towel as a reminder.
  • Furniture: Wait until the carpet is completely dry before moving furniture back to prevent rust spots or stains. Wait 24 hours after cleaning.
  • Safety: Keep children and pets off the carpet for at least 6 hours after cleaning, or until completely dry.
  • Drying Time: This varies based on carpet density, humidity, and soil level. To expedite drying, minimize traffic, ventilate the area, and increase air circulation. Expect 4 to 12 hours under ideal conditions, and up to 24 hours in wet conditions. Fabric protection application may extend drying times but should be dry within 24 hours.
  • Rippling: This temporary condition MAY occur due to the carpet's backing absorbing moisture. It typically resolves within 72 hours.

Adjusting Your Appointment:

Should the need arise to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of its planned time, we kindly ask for the full payment or a 50% deposit to confirm the new date. This ensures we can efficiently reallocate our resources and guarantee your spot on our schedule. Upon receipt of the payment or deposit, we'll collaborate with you to select a new appointment time that fits seamlessly into your schedule.

Changing Plans:

In the event you need to cancel your booking, we appreciate a heads-up at least 24 hours before your scheduled time. For cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, a nominal fee of $50.00 will apply. This fee covers the reserved time and compensates for our team’s planning, ensuring we can continue to offer the highest level of service to all our clients.

How to Update Your Booking:

To modify or cancel your appointment, simply reach out to our customer service team at 769-232-0007 with at least 48 hours' notice. Our friendly staff will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have.
